    Dear Sisters in Christ:

It is a joy and a privilege to write to you this year. Our church has experienced many changes recently, but in the midst of these, God’s Word tells us in Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever!” AMEN! “Therefore, let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2.

Spiritual growth is an ongoing process. Faith Community Church offers the following ministries to help us grow as women:

A weekly Bible study on Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 a.m. beginning September 16 in the new building. Our focus this year is Colossians. There is a nursery available for children up to 24 months and a children’s club, (Children of the Word), for children ages two years through kindergarten.

A one-on-one discipleship ministry is also available. Times of meeting is decided upon by the two ladies. For content and structure, we use John MacArthur’s Fundamentals of the Faith.

A monthly Women’s Fellowship meets on the second Monday evening of each month, (September through May), at 7:00 p.m. Our theme this year is centered on the Beatitudes. An exception this year is in October, when we will meet for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13 at CHOP’S Restaurant.
