Welcome to Faith Community Church
ZAMBIA MISSION 2009
Please prayerfully consider participating in joining the 2009 Missions Trip to Zambia.
Things will be happening rather quickly between now and the end of the year.
Now is the time to be in prayer about whether the Lord is calling you to be on
Mission to Zambia. In a few short weeks we will meet with those
who are interested and start the planning process for the trip.
We Need Teachers/Trainers!
Kazemba International Bible College is starting this year with approximately 12 students,
in order to gain tax exempt status and get the school up and operational.
Gospelink needs teachers from various disciplines. There is certainly a need
for Bible, theology, and homiletics teachers. But also needed are teachers
for subjects such as: Personal Finances, Comparative Literature, Agriculture,
Woodworking, Electrical Theory, Health, Nutrition, Well-drilling and repair,
Engine Maintenance, Homemaking, Welding,
French Language, biblical counseling, and other subjects.
A medical clinic has been built and it will likely need volunteers
to help in staffing and training for periods of time.
If you are interested in teaching at Kazemba, pick up a packet of information
and application at the welcome center. If you can teach something
other than what is listed, than simply list it and send it in.
There is no requirement for teaching any subjects for the team that goes on mission.
But it is possible that scheduling could allow for teaching of some
of these subjects in a modular 1 or 2 week course during our visit.
If you are interested in the trip call the Church and we will contact you.
